SHIPPING

Toutes les commandes passées avant 14h, du lundi au vendredi, sont expédiées dans un délai de 48 (à 72h), après la réception de votre commande. Les commandes passées après 14h le vendredi seront expédiées le Lundi.

The average times from our store to your place, with Japan Post for domestic delivery and with FedEx Priority Tracking for international shipping, are as follows:
- 1-2 business days to Japan
- 2-3 business days to the United States
- 5-8 business days to Europe depending on destination country
- 5 à 8 jours ouvrés pour l’autre pays

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

We hope you will be fully satisfied with our products. For refunds you have 14 days after receipt of your package to return it to us and we will refund you as soon as we receive the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
